Tai Chi Chih is a moving meditation that consists of 19 movements and one pose.  It is easy to learn and to incorporate into a busy lifestyle.

We offer 25-minute classes designed to fit into a mid-morning or lunch break.  We also offer 4-week evening courses for students interested in learning or refining their movements.
